Traffic channels to promote your model
Have you just started doing OFM and finding it hard getting subscribers for your models? Let me break down all of the traffic channels for you, then you can choose which ones you want to pursue.
Instagram & Tiktok
Forget everything you know about these platforms. You did? Perfect. Instagram and Tiktok can carry your agency on their shoulders if your models are hardworking. Only consistent and safe way to grow on these platforms is by growing a persona. If your content is only tease related, you won’t get much results. Even if you do, you are prone to being banned which happens a lot
That’s why you need a hardworking model who will play a character. Blend a generic trend with teasing sprinkled and do it until you grow big.
Some examples
Gamer girl. Not only putting her tongue out with a controller in her hands, this has been done a million times. If your model can pretend to be a streamer and you know video editing enough to slap a funny gaming clip into the video, you can do this
Mommy cooking channel. A busty mature lady cooking food, talking to the camera in a motherly tone.
Good thing with approaching these platforms like this is, you can gain returning fans. Any marketing tutorial will tell you that customers won’t buy a product their first time seeing it. Your model will appear on people’s feed more than once, highly increasing the chance of conversion
Build a persona and stay consistent.
Reddit used to be the go-to channel for new agencies but lately people are experiencing frequent ban waves.
Here, go on the subreddits and observe what other agencies are doing. Then copy it. Simple as.
Find smaller scale subreddits where they don’t care about verification and whatnot and, especially take a good look of accounts posting there. Go to their profiles and build a list of “spammable” subreddits. This should give you a small but consistent stream of subs.
Get a main account going
Besides going ballistics, you should have a solid main account where you follow every rule made by obnoxious moderators, post perfect content, interact with people in the comments. This is important because you will need the traffic from the bigger subreddits, and those subreddits are very hard to get back into once you are banned.
Well, this is a polarizing topic. If you show everything on Reddit, why would people subscribe to your model? If you don’t show anything, how will you rank higher than the models that do?
Your choice here will depend on what kind of strategy are you following on the OF side of things. Personally I suggest going all out on spammable subreddits and keeping a more prude style with the main account.
Twitter sucks. No I’m not calling it X.
You need to join what they call “retweet groups” and grow your account. As your account grows, you join better retweet groups with bigger accounts. Very boring.
For content, you need to go all out on Twitter, otherwise it won’t have any chance.
The thing is, if you are just starting, Twitter might not be worth it for you. You would need to pay for a VA to handle all the retweeting and the ROI might not be satisfactory. I suggest new agencies to skip Twitter completely and focus on Reddit, Instagram and Tiktok.
Dating Apps
Imagine you create a Tinder profile for your model and thousands of men in your city see her profile. Now imagine she had an account in every town in existence. That’s how big agencies handle Dating App traffic.
If you don’t have coding experience, don't know what a virtual machine is, I suggest you get help from a DA service. They provide what I mentioned above for a commission.
When it comes to the quality of the dating app traffic, it’s complicated.
Some agency owners think these fans are fantastic because, they think that the model lives close to them, therefore think they have a chance to meet them in real life.
While others think this “closeness” causes lower sales because these fans want to meet, and you can’t convince them to pay $100 for a video.
You will need to see it for yourself to determine if it’s worth the trouble or not.
Hopefully this article was helpful on giving you ideas on how to start your marketing strategy. Peace.
